The Extranet for Security Professionals has moved!

The Extranet for Security Professionals has transitioned to a new portal owned by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Center for Federal Investigative Services (OPMIS).

This new and upgraded OPMIS portal structure allows participants to set up small, compartmented groups for use in the distribution of information across all of the New Core Tools.

Registration Instructions

Please take a moment, follow the directions listed below and apply for a new account on the OPMIS Portal. Once we verify that you have a current account on ESP we will approve your registration and send you an email notification. At that time, you will be able to logon to the OPMIS Portal. If you have any questions regarding registration or your current account on the Extranet for Security Professionals please contact The ESP Help Desk and we would be happy to provide assistance. 1. Click on the link https://opmis.xsp.org

2. Click on the link that states, "If invited to join, click HERE to register."

3. When prompted, please enter Org ID: 200

4. Type in the email address to which you received the new invitation.

5. Complete the remaining online application.

6. Click on the confirmation link in the verification email that is sent to you. The confirmation email will contain a link (which will either appear as the word 'verify' or a long string of alpha/numeric characters) that you will need to click on in order to complete your application.

7. You will receive one final email letting you know when your account is approved. Your account cannot be approved until you complete both the online application and click on the confirmation email.
